• Custom Jewelry Manufacturing: Each custom jewelry piece is crafted within approximately 2-3 business weeks. After completion, we will request your confirmation before proceeding with the shipment.

• Shipping and Delivery: Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 6 to 9 business days. Please note that Barbara Maison is not liable for delays caused by severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not ship to PO boxes. If the customer modifies the delivery address with the shipping company while the parcel is in transit, any resulting delivery delays will be the customer’s responsibility.

• Free Delivery: We provide free delivery to your address. However, the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.

• Product Changes: If any modifications to the product are requested before shipment, the manufacturing time will restart from the beginning.
  
  
• Delivery Assurance:  While we offer guaranteed delivery and prioritize creating your ring on an urgent basis, please note that any delays caused by the shipping company are beyond our control and we are are not responsible for this situation. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
