• Custom Jewelry Manufacturing: Each custom jewelry piece takes approximately 3 business weeks to create. Once manufacturing is complete, we will seek your confirmation before shipping.
  

• Shipping and Delivery: You will receive your order in about 3 weeks, from the time it is made to delivery. Please be aware that Barbara Maison is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather or other unforeseen conditions. We do not ship to PO boxes. If the customer changes the delivery address with the shipping company while the parcel is in transit, the customer will be responsible for any resulting delivery delays.
  

• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery to your address. Note that the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.
  

• Product Changes: If the customer wishes to make any changes to the product before shipment, the manufacturing time will restart from day one.
