Cancellation Policy

In the event of order cancellation, customers are required to notify us within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Cancellations requested beyond this timeframe will result in a 20% cancellation fees in moissanite & 30% cancellation fees in lab grown, implemented to offset expenses associated with restocking and operational labor.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to show the order number with a confirmation email or proof of purchase.

As the ring is custom-made per your ring size and diamond and gold option, any return unrelated to manufacturing quality will have a 20% restocking fee for Moissanite jewelry & 30% restocking fee for CVD jewelry. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned piece. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair (or is in any other condition that prevents resale), a higher restocking fee may apply, depending on the amount of repair work required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Due to the nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Made-to-order eternity bands

  • Any product with physical damage

If a customer wishes to exchange their ring, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount. The remaining balance will be applied toward the new purchase. Any price difference for the exchange will also be charged to the customer.

This exchange policy must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the ring and is limited to one exchange per piece. The credit does not apply to future purchases.

Please contact us before returning your jewelry, so we can ensure safe delivery. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend insuring your package and using a traceable courier—we are not responsible for lost items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please allow time for processing by your bank or credit card company.


Resizing Policy

At Barbara Moison, we understand the importance of a perfect fit for your jewelry, especially rings. We offer a ring resizing service to ensure a comfortable and beautiful fit.

Resizing Limitations:

  • Rings can only be resized up to one full size (increase or decrease).

  • Resizing beyond this range may compromise the piece’s integrity and aesthetics and cannot be accommodated under this policy.

Exceptions:

  • Rings featuring full eternity stones on the shank cannot be resized due to the intricate design.

  • Customers with such rings may exchange them for the correct size instead. Our customer service team will assist with the process.

In some cases, we may exchange the original ring for an identical ring in your size instead of resizing if:
a) It would result in a faster turnaround time, or
b) Resizing would compromise the design’s integrity.

Exchanges apply only to plain gold bands without stones and will be handcrafted from scratch. We will always contact you if we recommend this option.

Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways (including customs fees for international clients).


Repair Policy

Repair Process:

  1. Our repair specialists will document the current condition of the piece and the necessary repairs.

  2. We will send you a detailed intake form outlining the work required.

  3. Any work covered under warranty (without prior approval) may include:

    • Replacing or resetting stones

    • Replacing the setting

    • Prong work or replacement

    • Fixing thinner areas of the band

    • Resizing the ring

If you prefer to review and approve any warranty-related work before we begin, please let us know.

For repairs beyond warranty coverage, we will notify you before proceeding. You may opt out of those repairs if desired.

Repair Timeline & Costs:

  • Repairs typically take 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your piece.

  • Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

  • If your piece requires a new stone, we cannot guarantee replacements for limited-edition or one-of-a-kind stones. If an exact match isn’t available, we will contact you for approval of an alternative.

We understand that fine jewelry is delicate. While we encourage proper care, we stand by our work and offer a lifetime warranty on all our pieces. We are committed to ensuring your jewelry remains stunning for years to come.
